Can’t sleep? Here’s how to fix it for good!

Struggling to Sleep? Here’s What You Need to Know!

Ever find yourself tossing and turning at night, unable to fall asleep? Or waking up exhausted no matter how many hours you spent in bed? You’re not alone! Sleep disorders are more common than you think, and they can seriously mess with your energy, mood, and overall health.

Sleep problems come in two main types:

Parasomnias – Strange behaviors during sleep, like sleepwalking, nightmares, or night terrors.

Dyssomnias – Issues with sleep timing, quality, or amount, like insomnia, sleep apnea, or narcolepsy.

Primary insomnia is one of the biggest culprits—trouble falling or staying asleep even when you’re tired. It can be short-term (stress-related) or chronic, lasting for months. The tricky part? Sleep problems often go hand in hand with anxiety and depression, making it hard to tell which came first.

Prioritizing good sleep habits is key! Try sticking to a bedtime routine, avoiding screens before bed, and cutting down on caffeine. If sleep issues persist, don’t ignore them—your health depends on it!
